Question: God, when I ask you the question when, your answer is not the “actual time”, exactly what do your answers mean?

God’s answer:

Signs of the time
I don’t tell you when it is going to happen, I tell you what is going to happen.

You’ll know when the time comes.

Meaning: It will happen when it happens.

Question: God, can you please explain why is it you don’t want to give a definite answer to the question when?

God’s answer:

So you don’t keep track of time.

Question: Why don’t you want me to keep track of time?

God’s answer:

There are no clocks in Heaven
I will when the time comes.

Question: So if time is not your basis of when things are to happen, what is?

God’s answer:

Timing of events
When the time is right.

God then gave me a story in the bible when the apostles asked when the end of the world will be? (Matthew 24), Jesus reply simply put was: “Only God knows”.
